Teaching

The Muay Thai training is taught in a friendly atmosphere but true to the historic teachings of Muay Thai. This means students can expect both traditional and modern styles and should dedicate some time to all areas of their technique: fitness, conditioning and fighting spirit. The instructors are experienced Muay Thai students who have competed at international level.
